During the combustion of any solid fuels (e.g. charcoal and wood), carbon monoxide can be an unwanted by product. While the WildTable flue has been designed to draw emissions away from the table, and WildKitchens have inherently good ventilation, it is recommended practice to install a carbon monoxide monitor within 3 to 6 metres of the burner and check batteries regularly. Test batteries regularly.
