As a luxury high end hotel set on 4,000 acres of wilderness in Utah, the team at Auberge Resorts were looking to create a unique dining experience that brought guests and diners closer to nature, eating ingredients sourced in the immediate surrounds, while also creating a restaurant outpost utilising more of the stunning property. With hot summers and cold winters, having something that was usable throughout the year was also essential.

The WildKitchen has been able to add to the dining options available at The Lodge, encouraging guests to stay longer to experience all of the options. The set menu is offered at $150 per person (excluding drink) with regular sittings up to 5 days a week, which has been able to give a very positive return on investment on the initial outlay, and consequently a very profitable restaurant for the business, as well as an additional point of interest to market the hotel.
