The WildTable and WildKitchen Warranties are still valid if purchasing from abroad, but you will notice a section that confirms that while we will send any replacement parts required during the warranty period, Cashmere Caveman Co is unable to send or pay for the labour required to install or fit replacement parts on products that are abroad.
No, warranties cannot be transferred between owners.
To make a claim under this warranty, please email the following details to customerservices@ccwildkitchens.com in relation to the WildTable you are claiming about: Your full name and address; Your order date; Your order number (if known); Your proof of purchase; A description of the defect, together with supporting photographs or video.
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, subject to certain conditions. Please see our T&Cs for full details. Returns will be at your own cost unless the product is faulty or misdescribed, or we agree otherwise with you in writing. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at the address on the delivery notice, or allow us to collect them from you for an agreed price.
Please check your goods on receipt for any damage. If you identify any damage, please contact us immediately at customerservices@ccwildkitchens.com stating what the damage is. Please include supporting photographs or video where possible, including the state of the packaging on arrival. We regret we will be unable to cover damage that is not identified within 30 days of the delivery date.
